We kindly ask our guests to arrive at the time of their booking as our bar area will not be currently operating as a waiting space. We do not take reservations for drinks only. Tables will be allocated on arrival and outdoor terrace tables are not guaranteed. All reservations made after 8.30pm will be required to leave the restaurant by 10pm due to new government regulations. Thank you in advance for your support during this time

All table reservations are for dining, unfortunately we do not take drink bookings.

 

RESTAURANT INFORMATION

The Ivy Market Grill dress code is smart casual. We are unable to allow dogs in the restaurant. However, Registered Assistance Dogs are of course welcome. The Ivy Market Grill has accessible access to the main restaurant and restricted access facilities. Unfortunately, there is no accessible access to our private dining rooms.

Please note our reservations diary is open three months in advance. Reservations phone lines are open between 9am-6pm, seven days a week. Should you wish to manage your reservation outside these times, please call 020 3301 0200 and you will be transferred directly to the restaurant.

We will do our best to accommodate all table requests, however these are allocated on arrival and cannot be guaranteed.

Our largest table can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. Unfortunately, we are unable to join tables together to accommodate larger parties. Multiple bookings for the same party will not be honoured. Please visit our Private Dining Rooms for more information about large bookings.

Our bar areas are not in operation due to social distancing. We kindly ask our guests to arrive at the time of their booking as our bar area will not be currently operating as a waiting space.

We welcome children of all ages. However please do count them (including babies) into your final party size. If you would require a highchair or space for a pushchair, please do specify this at the time of booking.

All of our menus are available on our website, but should you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please specify at the time of your booking and our team will assist you with the menu on the day.

We are unable to process pre-payments/bacs transfers; however, we do offer Gift Vouchers on our website.
